C.E.U Training
Program Fee : $15 Per Unit, minimum of 2 hours

Program Requirements
- Textbooks and Uniform
- Live Scan Fingerprinting
- Physical Examination
- Tuberculosis (TB) Test or Chest X-ray
- Proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination and booster
- Flu shot
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
- Meet the required clinical facility training requirements such as Covid-19 testing
- State Examination (Regional Testing Center)


Documents Required for Enrollment
TWO FORMS OF ID to meet (1-9) requirements:
- Driver License or State ID AND Birth certificate OR passport OR permanent resident card OR work authorization card
- AND
- Social Security Card (must bring original card - copies or photos will NOT be accepted)
- Copy of High School Diploma or GED or pass ACI entrance exam in lieu of High School Diploma or GED
