In addition, when using this Site’s particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. 3. Provision of Services

Allegiance Career Institute provides training for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), and Continuing Education Units (CEU) classes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice to you.

4. Registration Fee for Enrollment

Payment of the registration fee on this website does not guarantee enrollment or a spot in the program. Upon payment of the non-refundable/non-transferable registration fee on this website, the student must comply with the program’s enrollment requirements and must complete the enrollment orientation process by executing the student enrollment agreement in person at the school’s main office located in the City of Orange.

5. Training Program Policies and Procedures

Internal policies and procedures for the training program will be readily available to students for review and acknowledgement during the in-person enrollment orientation appointment located at the school’s main office in the City of Orange.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Site any material that is or could be considered threatening, harmful, defamatory, libelous, obscene, or racially or ethnically objectionable.

7. Copyright and Trademarks

The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and trademark laws.
